Micromax has always given Indian market value for money products. They did it again with Micromax Funbook Pro.
It is a 10.1 inch Tablet by Micromax, Micromax is prominent for its unique and economical devices. Micromax FunBook is one of such affordable Android 4.0 tablet in India. Which was launched for around Rs. 9990. This is the cheapest 10 inch tablet available right now in the Indian Market. Tablet with no support for GSM or CDMA voice communication.
Micromax Funbook Pro has been build on the strengths of the Funbook yet ushers in an entire new stage of edutainment. It possesses the Android 4.0 aka ICS powered by a single cored 1.2GHz processor, the Funbook Pro reinvents edutainment with its 10.1 inch broad screen! Whether you study, relax or unwind Micromax Funbook Pro helps you attain all you set out for!
The Micromax Funbook Pro is supposed to be a better account of the unique Funbook Tablet, which was released previously this year.
Funbook Pro, the tablet will share relatively a few similarities with its smaller sibling.
Micromax has also doubled the RAM to 1 GB and has increased the internal storage to 8 GB as compared to Funbook !

If compared the specs of the Micromax Funbook Pro with the older 7-inch Funbook, Micromax has included a larger, higher resolution display, has doubled the RAM and Memory. Also we, till date haven’t received any official news regarding the Jelly Bean(Android 4.1) Update from our sources. For movies and games, this one is the fine alternative, but it definitely cannot satisfy your demands as a High-End Tablet. Micromax addresses the Funbook an “edutainment” device, basically for students and those who are preparing professional exams. As it offers study material from primary to graduate level. It is the USP of the tablet too.

Hi, nice summary about the product but have you used it?
You don’t talk at all about the user experience–build quality, speed, responsiveness of screen, bootup time, formats it supports for various kind of files, convenience and placement of ports and buttons (particularly, is it inconvenient or ok to use while an internet dongle is attached), quality and limitations of camera etc. What’s inconvenient about it and how does it compare with other similar products that you may have used/tested.
Unfortunately, while this gives me a little more info than the Micromax website, it does not help make a buying decision.
